Where to get help, report issues, and check status for aex.

Help

Email support@aex.dev with the SDK version, command or code path, run id when available, and the smallest safe reproduction. Do not send provider API keys or other secret values.

Status

For run-specific issues, check the dashboard run detail page first: events, outputs, and terminal status usually identify the failure class. If the dashboard is unavailable, include the affected plane and timestamp in your support request.

Access

Self-service signup is intentionally gated until release. Existing invited workspaces can create API keys from the dashboard and use the SDK/CLI normally.

Security

Report suspected credential exposure, cross-workspace access, or data isolation issues to support@aex.dev with security in the subject.
